i work hourly. It's not, it's not a flat rate. The clientif the client asks you to work extra time, tay. They pay you for it. So that's some financial security. Ah, is that a union base gig? Oh, they're all union base gigs, yet. Ok, so there's, there's rules about overtime, et cetera. You're kind of colered in this department. Ya, i did reach a point where i almost sold a bunch of my gear,. And i'm glad i didn't, because i i could never have replaced it.
