i think we agree on a lot of things here, which it is important to emphasize. If we have disagreements later in the conversation, but i think we're 95 % of the way on the same team here. I mean, you know, i er, i am happy to come on the neoliberal podcast and and make a public housing convert out of you, if i can. We are so incredibly supply constrained at point, i would say yes to public housing even though it's not my preferred method. But where we are this moment in time, i don't want to turn down any supply.
