There are lots of policy lessons to be taking away from this pandemic, and this is definitely one of them. A nursing home patient getting the same leve of care you might give them in an out patient setting every three to four months. Another thing i've also noticed is that it takes so long for us to find those medicated patients a nursing home level bed.
