Is It a Hoax?

Officers of Mora would not have seen it moving away fast if it was just a balloon. So how did it do that if it was a hoax? Balloons float on the wind. Then once it was airborne, it took off and moved towards the horizon quite fast. Why didn't they find its tracks later when they investigated the site? If there was a tow vehicle, it should have left tracks. It should have kicked up dust. These also seem to be strikes against the hoax hypothesis.
