Do You Use Selenexar in Combination?

We've lost a couple of drugs that were available, but selenexar is still there. I typically will use it in combination depending on how aggressive the disease relapses. You could either combine it with a bortezamib or with carfilzamib. It's really for the GI toxicity, you know, making sure that the patient gets good anti-ematic therapy and hydration.
