Yan: One of the biggest factors in what is like the perfect work image actually depends pretty heavily on your work environment. In a more traditional industry, the work image that is going to bring you the most success might be widely different from a super casual industry. Yan: I would also describe my work environment as fairly casual. But there's certain traditional elements to the work environment that live alongside the casualness of it. For example, i think the higher ups in our company tend to be a little bit more formalish in the way they dress andin the way they act.
