Some places serve frozen margaritas, so that instead of being served on the rocks, the drink's consistency is more like a slushie. The second most popular drink, the martini, has two ounces of gin, one ounce of dry vermouth, and a dash of orange bitters. If you don't like sweet drinks, you can order a dry martini, meaning it's less sweet or a dirty martini, which is served with olive juice - also known as brine.
