Scot: What i love about the challenge is that everyone, pretty much every one, will have a chance to be a leader at some point in the night where they'll have to lead some mission. Yet, we're really big empowerment, you know. And there'r so many times in life where people are just too scared to take the first step. I'm sure you've had a lot of stories. Scot: It's like, sometimes the first steps really hard, and being forced to, being forced to take that first step can be the best thing that ever happened to you.
