How to Balance Delivering and Growing Your Company
I find it difficult when we have so much in the diary, there is no time for us to be together to talk about things or come up with ideas. So I'm going to plan those in for at least every other week knowing that I've got a two hour window for that sort of strategic thinking ideas and creating. And one thing that we could do each month is always know that every two months we've got at least one day where we're together actually in the same room. Can we do it in different places with nice food? And I would be even better for me. Of course. Do you know, I think that could work really well as a team discussion. Like if
