This year in particular there are more kids that come to school hungry. What they get at school is perhaps one of their most nutritious meals of the day. And then especially I would imagine kids who don't bring enough food for lunch. You know, this is really an important program for them because they'll actually have something to eat, but otherwise they might not have.
