Anxiety is information and preparation, we need to then put that preparation into action. We can in those moments do something that can allow us to be back in the present moment. Another thing that can help us listen to anxiety without allowing it to destabilize us is social support. Our brains actually evolved to outsource emotional challenge to draw on our social networks.
