David Olavy wrote a great book that propelled back in the early 60s. Confessions of an advertising man by conveying his secret sauce to image marketing. So it's marketing on a features and functions basis. I need to know why Ford's SUV is better than a Toyota SUV or a Nissan SUV or Mercedes SUV, et cetera. Now some of the marketing of those vehicles is also done on an image basis.
