The Judge's Decision Against Google

The judge went into a pretty in-depth exploration of these two individuals and by exploration I mean he looked at their previous criminal convictions. He concluded that one of them was someone who had continued to be a public role as a businessman so therefore the de-listing was not appropriate. The other individual he was rather more sympathetic to and he said that he had frankly acknowledged his guilt and expressed genuine remorse there was no evidence of any risk of repetition.
