What Happened Behind the Scenes?
The tanks could take months to end up on the ground in Ukraine, because they're difficult to transport. The Ukrainians will have to undergo significant training before they're able to use these tanks effectively. It could be as many as three months, if not more likely more, before we see them actually in battle.
