It's not like signal or telegram or WhatsApp at all. It's very device-centric, right? Yeah, right. So instead of setting up some cloud connected identity that you log in either with one of the big login providers or through your phone number,. Like all too many systems these days, you just have this locally generated identity. But it is a different way to message. This is for really private secure communications that you are okay being limited to a single device.
