The Problem With the Black Market in California
The state is now $45 billion in a whole. The pension system is bankrupt, it's insolvent. There's not enough tax revenue. And these rural communities and many large municipalities in Calumory are broke. So to sum up, when you have that high tax rate and you get little in return, you get 500,000 people fleeing the state at an increased rate. You can ask people to pay taxes that are high. But you can't ask them to step in feces in San Francisco or they're going to get mugged at night in Los Angeles.
