Don't think of it as like big leaps and bounds or jumps. Just think of like a tiny thing that you can shift today. It doesn't have to be these big grandiose like shifts and changes. Drinking water, getting yourself a water bottle and tracking it throughout the day so that if there's a focal point on it is good enough for someone who doesn't drink any at all. And then overall the mentality of improving your relationship to your body.
