There's definitely a bias in those, I guess people that or practitioners that come from that background. When we compare novice athletes versus intermediate and then advanced or elite, there's a big difference in window of adaptation. But if we think about tempo for eliciting anaerobic adaptation, it's awesome. I just think it can be refined by a few different avenues.
