It's also important to remember coordination is impacted by fatigue. As we go up the distance runing food chain in terms of distance, living in a fatigue free state becomes more rarefied er and less likely rite. We have to create speed and strength, corination and force in and managing and negotiating fatigue. And so that's the hard part about being a distance coach, is we have to balance these two contrasting things constantly.
