The Importance of Being Happy in Your Role as an R&D Engineer
I never made a huge effort to climb up in the management rakes. That's why I didn't actually go to grad school. My grandfather on my mom's side was an artillery officer in the German Army and he missed taking care of people. So I want to do more of the same, but I've also recently been elevated to sort of a team leader. It's a new frontier for me. And I'm really looking forward to the opportunity to help my fellow engineers have a better career in our organization.
