Shoe industry did a good job of dicotomizing nto lik three nice little categories. But it, in reality, is so widely varied to the degree to which people's ankle complexes move through gatin and distribute forces. Different people might have those same movement patterns and have more kind of egregious interactions with it. I would caution against putting their orthotics, or like, corrective insoles in them. Maybe i should let people figure out what works for them.
