Having the Power to Change the World
Activism can be a good thing to give yourself agency even in a small way and feel like you're doing something to tackle the crisis. I think that the two antidotes for my own personal, the ecological grief or climate anxiety has been going to the woods spending time in the natural world but also joining with local people in activism. So there's something around being active, having agency, feeling that you have the power to change that protects our mental health.
