LZ Granderson: To what extent is this cultural change we're seeing in the United States? We're seeing it abroad as well, but I guess we'll just focus on the US. He says there's an interplay between boots on the ground activism and central planning from the top. LZ: What most people would refer to as wokeism is really mainstream Marxism. It's disseminated through culture and politics in a very opportunistic way.
