Kepil: Our deals are not like multifamily in that the dollar amounts are much lower. There's plenty of 30, 40, 50 million dollar apartment communities out there. Strip malls are usually $5 to $8 million. So our deals, I would love to take them all, but I know at some point we run out of money.
