i'm very in favour of, or at least interested by, changing the structure of worker power. bargaining is done to a larger extent, at a broader level, on a sectoral level,. like is done in much of continental europe which sets a kind of ase lin wage floow and benefits floor for a particular region. I'll take germany as one example. The german system, and they call it co determination, has work or power at essentially three different levels within within within companies and industries. One level is bargaining over largely pay. And this bargaining is done between the unions and a confederation of employers at the level of a whole industry in a region. Then
