How to Balance Exercise Progress and Recovery
I was making some really nice progress and then all of a sudden, like I curious, I flew too close to the sun and crashed and burned. There is a need to be able to recover and balance the progress on the one hand with recovery on the other. So let me share my screen, I tried to compile notes that hopefully make some sense. And what you'll see, you'll see this in heart, you will see this in people who do primarily weight training. You'll see this also in aerobic athletes.
