The Man Who Killed a Balloon Folding Artist

Derek Christian McDowell killed a balloon folding artist named Jamie H. Villander on the morning of June 28th. While I slept under his porch, McDowell had finally gotten around to the business of cutting up the corpse. The police were all kind every single one of them.
