Executive Coaching - You Don't Need That?

Every executive coach ing client i deal wod they always think that the reason they are not successful is because there's something wrong with the world in which they are operating. The problem lies in the way they view the world, but even more deeper the fact that they're unwilling to accept the world the way it is. You can't fix the world. You've got to adjust to work with the world. In layman's terms, that means the problem is the client. And if you can embrace the world for what it is, then your problems will be solved. I love them, but if i let them do it, they will take six months to put together a briefing pack.
