In 1908, half the town of Wisp Wellston had been flooded. After the reservoir was filled, the hills, that part of town, survived. "I grew up there in the 1960s and 1970s; I can't even go back," says David Bianculli. In West Boilston, you could walk from our house to the library where every question is answered.
