Deals Come Along, Right? Is That a Good Deal?
A lot of people assume that it's like, oh, you just have a connection and then they just bring you the best deals because they know that you're their buddy. And I mean, I just couldn't agree with that more. A good deal to me is not a good deal to, I want 5% or less of deals. We probably don't want 2% of the deals out there that we could even say that we would be interested in buying. But what happens is when you get started and things aren't kind of compounding, you think that you're going to give up. You just need to keep the pedal down and keep going.
