The Importance of Masking for Autistic People
Like everyone, neurotypical or autistic, people are going to have different sexualities. There's no question there are autistic people who are asexual or a romantic. And many autistic people I've found absolutely can relate to this as well. But masking is important, right? We've talked about this in past podcasts. It's because if we show ourselves as our true, authentic or autistic selves, it's not usually taken positively. At one point or another, we will be too autistic for everyone in our life.
