Haggai and zachariah ministered at the same time, both encouraging the people in the rebuilding of the temple. We read of their ministry in ezra chapter five, verses one to two. The elders of the jews built and prospered through the pesying of haggai the prophet andZachariah the son of ido. They finished their building by decree of the god of israel and by decree of cyrus and darius and articxerxes, king of persia.
