Len McCloskey used to run Unite, one of the biggest trade unions there is. He says he's never yet met a worker who likes going out on strike. Work has only ever votes to go out on strike when they feel there's a sense of injustice,. And that's what we're seeing now - it's been building up. It's important employers in the private sector and the government themselves recognize the strength of feeling and do something about it.
