The Undercurrents of the UFC

There are a couple of like undercurrents that you'll find case to case. It's an imperfect, imprecise, inconsistent science. You can get drafted in the first round and end up blasting in the NFL longer than the ones who get drafted drafted in the seventh. The capacity for teams to get that right is extremely imperfect. I mean, think about all the resources, these billion dollar organizations put into finding someone that can meet their needs through the draft. They have whole teams devoted to this months weeks stats guys unit coaches, people watching video you everything you could need to get that wrong. And they still it's like flipping a fucking coin with them.
