Texas' Abortion Laws Impact Non-Viable Pregnancies
A group of 13 patients and two OBGYNs are suing the state in a case brought by the Center for Reproductive Rights. Texas passed one of the country's strictest abortion laws after the Supreme Court overturned abortion rights last year. As more women in Texas are forced to carry non-viable pregnancies to term, the infant mortality rate is climbing.
