How I Met Carlton at DjangoCon 2018

Carlton and Brian met at DjangoCon 2018 in San Diego. Carlton just finished five years as a Django fellow. He is one of two people paid to actually work on Django and do the releases. So that's kind of the quick and dirty on us. And then I asked Carlton, if he would be my first guest, and he said, how about cohost? Here we are.
