The Volatility of Meme Stocks

There are meme stocks that go up 150% in a day, and it's like, did anything change to warrant that? I mean, what is it that these people are looking at that warrants that completely different valuation for the company? Yeah, I don't really get it. AMC and GME are down over 50%, just from their June highs. That's when if for some reason you were in, you might want to think about getting out. It almost seems invariably that after that first few days of it really moving out, then starts things getting really volatile and can be on the downside.
