The SEC's Trading and Markets Program at the SEC
Congress has already given you the power to create craft rules along these lines and to create new forms. But if you will not do that, then I believe Congress ought to either direct you to do so or should give that power to the CFTC where it might more properly lie. Next, a few questions about trading and markets program at the SEC. How is it that you can purport to require crypto asset exchanges to register as securities exchanges when your own rules require exchanges to list only registered securities?
