Precision Bombing, Um, Uh, Is It a Good Idea?

There's always been this beneath in American military doctrine that technology is a set of opportunities and advantages over the status quo. So there in that they're very much caught up in that notion that, um, the technology could be to save your military mission. I said they're not outcasts exactly, but they're pushed to the side. They start out as the most American of Americans and then, you know, what happens by the end of the war is they're no longer in charge of our war.
