The Big Red Button

If we could imagine a pool of a thousand well trained tele medicine doctors, each rotating through as the system figures out which doctor ought to be talking to which patient. We can treat more people more elegantly and with more care, because we've wiped out all of the down time. And now another cool thing that coulda where's the big red button that someone can choose to press, maybe for extra money, maybe not?
