Building Relationships With Students
Teachers need to engage on some degree in that community building, she says. And not just the teacher, but through the course of the school year, for me, the routines that i leaned on the most to cultivate my relationships with students were not these like, fun, you know, creative adons. So it is interesting how my approach to building relationships with students kind of evolved as i started seeing these everyday tasks as opportunities to do that.
