Not thinking about something when you're over stress is a good one. Avoidance doesn't work as well because you only have to not do that once. Figure out if there's something you want to do it like sound like doing poll. Or running, I like running or cycling at the moment. Do it at a time when that's really good for you and active your golden time. If you leave it till the evening and you're not very good in the evenings like me. That's it James that's me tip tips.
