Bay City: A Crime Novel Set in Eastern Europe

The setting is somewhere at the edge of Europe, if you just sort of turn slightly left or right to where you've ever been before. The first city that we open in Bessel is essentially a kind of a cityscape of that sort of that kind of Eastern European tradition. The second city, Ulcoma, is more high tech, it's because it is set in the present day and has much more modern architecture.
