How to Stand Out From the Crowd

i am best when i'm communicating ideas or when i'm listening. So i really speak about ideas and innovation, and then i'm a really great listener. That lets me reflect back. I used to struggle so much in brain stormy sessions and meetings. And so because i needed to internalize the information, listen to it, and then reflect it back. It's one thing to be better at something that's more subjective like art work or copy. But if you're different, then you really stand out.
