How to Be an Editor Triage Lead for WordPress Releases

I want to change my role. I've been the editor triage lead for last three releases. It's a great lead for somebody who maybe is not as technical, but wants to really engage with the release. If you haven't worked on the major WordPress release squad before, it would be really good. And you want to be part of the underrepresented gender squad? raise your hand there.
