The Source of Libertarians

The source of libertarians that I'm familiar with, usually acknowledge or say that you've got to have alternative possibilities at some point in the history of a kind of action for which one's morally responsible. So they would say, but you're morally responsible for and praiseworthy for telling that truth, even though you couldn't have lied. But that's only because it's ultimately your character is traced back to some prior action of honesty where you really could have done otherwise. That's more popular than a sort of a more pure libertarian view.
