The Power of a Low-Carb Ketogenic Diet

The amount of insulin a person is exposed to over their lifetime will have a large impact on what chronic diseases they may develop as they age. The ketogenic diet allowed me to lower those doses and I think that's one of the powers of a ketogenic diet: you have lower insulin levels. And so important to work with a physician when you're doing this.
