Farmland vs Real Estate
The farmland index in us has delivered about ten and a half, 11 % total return. It out performed s n p 500, out performed bons, close to real estate. Sois done quite well farm land. Now i don't think we will have those returns going forward, just because so many ase clots have been bit up so heavily. But at the the general target net irars that we bring to a plot from between six to ten %, which is price appreciation plus current income. Your sharp ratio is much better on farm land.
