If you think about the golds with getting asked trat, and if you hear us us ast ar nd, that just means short term rental. For some peope, t sak, i just want one that will get me the most money. If you want to buy an investment property, but also use it for yourself, so that you can enjoy like a vacation home, and it will pay for itself. And then you wouldn't be saying, i just need to make the most of this property. You would it's almost as high brage solution of saying, well, what fits for me and my needs as a vacation home?
