What Are Some of the Things You Want to Be Doing in Your Design Career?

I wanted to make sure that my decision was rational as well. I have friends who have done that and it didn't work out. My next role is in management. So I am going to be joining a company as a design manager. And like, also using this time off to like study and read a lot of books about management. But yeah, I'm excited to learn in that role and try new things and be challenged in that kind of environment or that kind of setting.
